Merlot (35%), Shiraz (24%), Cabernet Sauvignon (20%), Malbec (10%), Cabernet Franc (8%), Petit Verdot (3%). Judean Hills. Produced from grapes grown in the vineyards of Yatir Forest, and matured for 12 months in small, mainly French, oak barrels. With a deep purple color and an aroma reminiscent of cooked plums and exotic herbs, this is a medium-bodied wine with a long, well-balanced finish.
Full flavored beef, grilled chicken, duck or veal.
Deep purple color, medium to full-body, soft tannins with smoky wood, plum and currant fruit flavors.
