Yarden Pinot Noir was produced entirely from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Golan Heights. The cool climate, rocky volcanic soil, and high altitude are ideal conditions for growing classic wine grape varieties. Aging in French oak barrels for 16 months yields an elegant, complex wine layering fruit, floral and spice characters with that of rich oak and nuances of vanilla. To preserve the quality of the wine, this bottle should be stored on its side in a cool, dark place. Best served at 60 - 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
Versatile to suit a wide variety of foods from fish from the Pacific wild salmon on the grill, roast chicken with wine and succulent roast beef.
Shows the characteristics of red raspberry, sour cherry and flowers, along with a delicate bouquet of warm baking spices. This is an elegant wine, and tempting, endowed with a medium body and extension delightful.
