Herzog Selection wines are all crafted by Pierre Miodownick, arguably the greatest kosher winemaker in all Franceand perhaps all of Europe. His Brut Rose sparkling wine represents classic French elegance and outstanding value. The crisp aromas include grapefruit, apple and toasted bread. The palate skews towards red berrystrawberry, raspberry and ripe Bing cherry. This is delicious with salmon sashimi, fried mushrooms or Chinese egg rolls and hot mustard.
Nuances of grapefruit and pineapple on the palate. Off dry with a long finish.
