Some Zinfandels can be low-acid and "flabby", but the cool microclimate from the Zinfandel vineyards at the foothills of Mount Meron ensures that Dalton's is elegant and balanced. A classic spicy aromatic profile leads into gigantic flavors of blueberry, currant and clove, with an edge of vanilla from barrel aging. Excellent alongside cream-sauced pastas, brisket, or venison.
