You might call Binyamina "Bin" Cabernet Sauvignon a happy accident."Bin" is a term borrowed from Australian vintners that refers to a unique lot of wines stored together in the winery.Binyamina winemakers Sasson Ben Aharon and Asaf Paz realized they had a special wine on their hands when they found that a portion of Cabernet Sauvignon had received less barrel aging, and had instead stayed in stainless steel tanks.The result is a pure expression of fresh dark fruit with a complex twist of licorice on the finish. Binyamina "Bin" Cabernet Sauvignon will not overwhelm lighter food pairings, and is a natural partner with stews or Mediterranean-style braised meats.
