The Barkan Classic Sauvignon Blanc is made from a world-renowned grape variety, which is known for its cultivation in warm areas and the creation of relatively acidic wines. Barkan wine utilizes the fruit to produce cold fermented wines that preserve both freshness and their bold fruit characteristics. The grapes, which are from Galilee, are blended with those from Tel Safit to create a complex wine with a wide array of aromas-from fresh mown grass to cranberry and mango. Pairing wonderfully with poultry and fish dishes, the Barkan Classic Sauvignon Blanc retains delicate passion fruit, nectarine, and green apple flavors.
