For this wine they have access to the finest Cabernet grapes grown in the Galil, and they take no shortcuts in the winery to ensure their full potential makes it to your glass. After seeing the brilliant ruby/purple color pour into your glass, you will already be wild with anticipation when you experience the wild black cherry and cassis aromatic profile, framed by sweet vanilla from aging in premium oak barrels. As you sip, revel in the firm yet opulent texture supporting flavors of blueberry, clove and cigar box. If possible, decant this wine at least an hour before serving to allow its full bouquet and elegant flavors to emerge. Save this for a beef Wellington, roast duck or goose, or grilled lamb shank.
