While a few California Chardonnays have experienced some backlash for being too buttery and oaky, Weinstock Chardonnay will please any palate with its impeccable balance. Straw-gold in color, it first presents aroma of pear, lemon and quince. The flavors sailing on the full-bodied texture include apple, tropical fruits, and a tasteful amount of toasty vanilla. Chilled (but not over-chilled), Weinstock Chardonnay is delicious with soft cheese, roast chicken with a mango chutney, or grilled salmon.
