The grapes for Tishbi Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc come from the slopes of the Carmel Mountain, where hot days and cool nights allow the grapes to develop a perfect balance of ripeness and acid. The wine that results is crisp yet rich, with aromas of melon, grapefruit and fresh herbs. On the palate you will encounter citrus peel, fig and a steely finish. You can sip this wine on its own (preferably outside at sunset), or pair it with pan-roasted fish, cheese fondue or fried hors d'oeuvres.
This crisp dry white wine was made entirely from Sauvignon Blanc grapes. It is rich in herbal aromas and fruity flavors.
