Sourced from vineyards at the foot of the Carmel ridge near Zichron Ya'akov, Tishbi Estate Chardonnay is a premium Chardonnay in the New World style. Only the best free-run juice makes it from winemaker Golan Tishbi's press to each bottle. A slow primary fermentation at low temperature followed by malolactic fermentation allows rich, creamy flavors to develop. You will notice aromas of butter, quince and pineapple with flavors of yellow apple, pear and toast. A reliably great pairing with dairy - fine cheeses, cream-sauced pastas - it is also delicious alongside sushi.
