The wines were hand harvested from specific plots in the Judean Hills Region. This particular area is characterized by its white, chalky and rocky, virgin soil, where vines had not been cultivated previously for 2,000 years. This wine is made of 50% Viognier, 50% Riesling. A fruity, rich and fresh wine with scents of star fruit, white peach, apple and melon. Recommended to serve chilled with soft goat cheese and ripe Camembert. Also good with vegetable Quiche, white fish in the oven and pizza.
