The wine matured for 10 months in oak barrels. Medium to full bodied, a nose of dark fruits and chocolate with soft tannins. 90% Cabernet Sauvignon 10% Shiraz.
Best served with steaks, prime rib, rack of veal, lamb chops or pasta with a hearty beef Ragu.
Full-bodied and spicy, with hints of black cherry and plum fruits, together with notes of green olives, herbs, and chocolate. Forward fruit on the palate with a strong finish and well rounded mouth feel. Deep garnet hue. Nose of tobacco, herbs and cherries.
