Goose Bay Chardonnay is made in very limited quantities from low yielding, high acid clones. The long, cool growing season and clay soils have contributed incredible crisp citrus and tropical fruit flavors. Aging on the lees in both French and American oak provide nicely balanced vanilla and toast nuances. Serve with a wide range of fish, meats, and cheeses.
