50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay. Gilgal Brut was produced in the cool climate of the Golan Heights, using only traditional methods and aged for a minimum of one year in the bottle.
With its naturally bright acidity, the wine makes a great start to a festive meal. Gilgal Brut goes great with salty or rich foods such as caviar or goose liver, but also perfectly with delicate foods such as sashimi.
This non-vintage sparkling wine shows off bright lemon notes nuanced with characters of crisp green apples and pears, fresh flowers, and hints of wild strawberries. Its refreshing tartness makes the wine immensely drinkable.
