85% Merlot, 6% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Cabernet Franc. This dry red wine is the result of the efforts to grow the best grapes and to preserve the purity and softness of the fruit. The grapes are grown in the Upper Galilee where the climate is moderate, and yields are kept low. Aged for 14 months in French oak and then left in the cellar for an additional 10 months.
Serve with a roast rack or leg of lamb served pink, a beef wellington or simply roast duck.
A rich nose that combines red fruit notes with soft oak spice. The palate is intense and complex with dominant ripe fruit, luscious tannins, and elegant spices. The finish is long and leaves a fruity and touch sweet memory.
