55% Sauvignon Blanc, 45% Chardonnay. This wine is made from the grapes grown in top quality vineyards located in the Judean Hills. The must was fermented in controlled cold temperature stainless steel tanks for 4 weeks. This process enhances maximum extraction of fruity and citrus aromas.
Pair this with plank-grilled salmon, or mushroom souffle accompanied by good bread and butter.
A fresh and easy-drinking white made from Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, the Blanc boasts scents of soft talcum powder, pink peony and orange blossom against a gooseberry and white strawberry fruit backbone. Zippy and prickly in the mouth with a mouthwatering, grassy finish.
