Elvi Makor is one of the finest wines made by Moshe and Ana Cohen at Spain's historic Elvi Winery. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and the indigenous Spanish grape Bobal from the D.O. (Spanish growing region) of Ribiera del Jucar, the dark ruby-colored wine is intense and ripe, with notes of blackberry, cassis and raisins.
