The grapes for Dalton Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon are sourced from Dalton's finest vineyards in Merom Hagalil, the highlands of the Upper Galilee. Picked at optimum ripeness, the wine was vinified with gentle, "hands-off" techniques so as not to obstruct the wine's natural expression of terroir. Dark purple with a perfume of forest fruit and eucalyptus, the palate reveals more dark fruit with notes of vanilla, cocoa and tobacco leaf. This deeply structured wine will reward careful cellaring, but is drinking beautifully now, especially served alongside roast beef, braised lamb, or eggplant slices pan-fried in olive oil.

Shows a complex character of black plums, eucalyptus and hints of chocolate. It is smooth, velvety, and long on the pallet, with well balanced tannins.
