Dalton Fume Blanc is fermented with wild yeast in oak casks and allowed to age for a further four months in barrel. The wine is supple and fruity, with notes of citrus and pineapples subtly balanced with a rich and smoky character from the barrel.
This wine is great with a whole host of dishes, including grilled or baked fish e.g. tuna, snapper
The wine is light with soft acitiy combining the fruity aromas of citrus and guava together with a subtle toasty oak character.
