- Shipping & Delivery
All packages are shipped via UPS. Most Ground packages are shipped out within 72 hours, although during holidays or busy seasons we reserve the right to extend shipping times. Express packages are shipped out the following business day unless the customer has requested otherwise. Shipping times are listed in business days: weekends and holidays do not count towards shipping time. For normal Ground shipments, allow up to 7 business days to receive your order after it has been processed. When your order is shipped, an email with the tracking numbers is sent automatically to the email address on your account. Once your order is given to UPS, the package becomes your property and you are responsible for contacting UPS for service requests or delivery instructions.
If delivery is required before a certain date, please place your order and email email@example.com to see if we are able to accommodate. Sorry, we can’t ship packages outside of the United States, to FPO/APO addresses, or P.O. Box’s.

- All of our wines are stored in a climate-controlled environment and we take great care in checking the condition of the wine we purchase. If you receive a bottle that is spoiled, leaking, or otherwise damaged, we will offer a replacement or credit for the price at our discretion. If you do receive a spoiled bottle, please save the full bottle until you have contacted customer service because we will need it returned to our location. We must be notified within 30 days from the time you receive your wine of any spoilage.
Please be aware that UPS delivers Monday through Friday during normal business hours. All packages with products containing alcohol require an adult 21 or over with a valid government-issued ID to sign for the package. This need not be the addressee of the package: anyone over 21, such as a leasing office agent, doorman, or neighbor can receive the package. If you think this might be a problem, we strongly encourage you to use a work address for shipping. UPS will make up to 3 delivery attempts, after which the package will be returned to us. Packages returned to our location due to failure to obtain an adult signature require an additional shipping charge for re-shipment.

ALL ALCOHOL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD IN PENNSYLVANIA AND TITLE PASSESS TO THE BUYER IN PENNSYLVANIA. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcoholic beverages into any state outside of PENNSYLVANIA. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. By placing this order with your credit card, check, or cash, you authorize us to act on your behalf in processing and shipping this order, including engaging in a common carrier to deliver your order. Under the terms of sale, the common carrier is acting as your agent. WINES MAY BE SOLD AND DELIVERED ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND THE PERSON TO WHOM DELIVERY WILL BE MADE IS AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. When your alcoholic beverages are delivered the person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. Due to our policy of not shipping alcohol to minors, please be advised that WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ORDERS FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT EXPLANATION. Thank you for your understanding.

If any communication from this website is not in conformity with any jurisdiction rules and regulations governing solicitation, advertising, shipping and/or transacting business in such jurisdiction, then such communication and any offers made herein in connection therewith, shall be void to the extent prohibited by law.
- Wine can be damaged by temperature extremes. It is your responsibility to advise us what temperatures are in your area. We reserve the right to hold your shipment during extreme weather conditions. During the hottest or coldest parts of the year, it is common for us to delay shipments until the beginning of the week to prevent packages being stored over the weekend in UPS facilities. Please be aware, however, that we cannot be held responsible if you request shipment and the wines travel in a climate outside an acceptable temperature range
- Return Policy
- Please keep in mind that we will do our best to help serve you better. If there is a problem with the item, or if you find a problem with the vintage, please call us at 1800-269-0604 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will correct it right away.
In the event that you have to return the merchandise, please re-pack the items in its original shipped packing to ensure safe return. We will send you a label to place on the box and arrange pick up for the merchandise. Upon arrival at the jwines.com warehouse all returned items are inspected. If the return is a result of our error you will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges. Please note that all customers seeking a refund regardless if the wine was consumed or not must return the orriginal bottle. No refunds will be issued otherwise.
If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 30 days of delivery we will grant a credit on the wine minus a 15% restocking fee, the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.
Expect to receive the refund within two weeks from shipping your return to jwines.com This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund. You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used.
