Chateau de Bonflis is known in Bordeaux and beyond as a source of value-priced blends with authentic Bordelaise grace and elegance. It has a deep color and bewitching aromas of cassis, blackberry and toasty vanilla, with similarly complex flavors of raspberry and cedar. Young, elegant tannins make this wine capable of aging for several years in bottle, but it is also very enjoyable now especially alongside a beef rib roast in wine sauce or duck confit.
A great match for many different cheeses, you will also want this on hand to have with grilled whitefish or pasta primavera.
With a pale gold color tinted with green, it offers rich lime and melon flavors and a snappy acidity.
