Dry red wine produced from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Upper Galilee. After having undergone extended fermentation with skins still on, the wine was aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. In order to preserve it's full potential, the wine was not fined and only coarsely filtered prior to bottling, therefore natural sediment may appear during bottle maturation.
Full-flavored dishes of beef, veal or chicken.
Rich purple color with an aroma of blackberries, plum and mint. Full bodied, with a long, well-balanced finish.
