In our dedication to quality we chose this very special wine for its organic method of obtaining the ripest richest grapes possible while protecting the environment. This wine is made only with certified organically grown grapes and contains a minimum amount of sulfite. Only the finest select clusters of our estate hillside Nebbiolo grapes were used. Dark red in color it is medium to full bodied. Aromas of violet are present and a lingering finish rounds out this well made wine. It is perfect for richer pasta dishes, roasted meats and ripe cheese.
