This wine is produced from Barbera grapes grown in the hills of southern Piemonte. It is aged in large oak barrels, resulting in a soft, medium-bodied red wine that is best drunk young and at a temperature of 61 to 64 degrees Fahrenheit. Pairs well with pasta or light meat dishes.
